BIOKE to Distribute Kreatech's Universal Linkage System (ULS) for Nucleic Acid & Protein Labeling

Kreatech Biotechnology B.V. and BIOKE from Leiden, the Netherlands announced a partnership whereby BIOKE will exclusively supply Kreatech's ULS(TM) solutions to laboratories in the Benelux. The partnership will expand life science investigators in the Benelux access to innovative non-enzymatic nucleic acid & protein labeling solutions.

Kreatech's Universal Linkage System (ULS(TM)) allows for the rapid attachment of a variety of labels directly to DNA, RNA and proteins. These products are centered around a proprietary platinum-based system that produces highly stable labels under a wide variety of conditions. The ULS(TM) products are available with a wide variety of industry standard dyes, offering a versatile solution for the labeling of RNA in microarray and DNA in CGH applications.

"This agreement expands our reach by leveraging BIOKE strong sales and marketing team in the Benelux." said Alex Altink, Kreatech's CEO. "We look forward to working with BIOKE and expanding our international distribution network. This month we closed an agreement with Open Biosystems for the USA market and in the next month's we expect to expand our distribution network, both in Europe and Asia."
