Change in Senior Management of WILEX AG
Wilex AG announced a change in the senior management of the company. Mr. Peter Llewellyn-Davies was appointed acting Chief Financial Officer of the company as of June 15, 2006. Mr. Llewellyn-Davies, who will initially act as an advisor to WILEX, assumes the tasks of Mr. Niels Ackermann who resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of WILEX AG at his own request as of June 15, 2006.
Mr. Llewellyn-Davies has over 20 years business experience in management positions of medium-sized companies. As owner of PLD Management Service he supports SMEs in the areas of Finance and Administration. Prior to this he was CFO of the UK-based subsidiary of a German FMCG producer (Müller Milch). Before that he served as Head of Finance for a publicly quoted international chemical group in Germany (Süd-Chemie AG) for seven years. His career began at a UK investment bank and he has held various board seats in companies around the globe since then. Mr. Llewellyn-Davies studied Business Administration, Banking, Management Accounting and Marketing in London (UK), Munich (Germany) and St. Gallen (Switzerland).
