The StreamLink® CC 15 represents a breakthrough in monoclonal antibody sample preparation, delivering automated high-throughput processing that transforms cell line development workflows. This benchtop system processes 5-15 mL culture samples directly from Ambr® 15 and Ambr® 250 bioreactors, reducing manual intervention from six hours to just 10 minutes while maintaining the quality standards essential for critical quality attribute analysis.
The system's integrated design combines clarification and purification in a single automated process, utilizing Sartoclear® Disc single-use filters for efficient clarification without centrifugation and Sartobind® Rapid A Nano membrane adsorbers for reliable monoclonal antibody purification. With a maximum throughput of 12 samples per hour, the system can handle up to 48 input samples, making it ideal for high-volume cell line development applications.
Key technical capabilities include processing volumes from 3-30 mL with optimal performance at 5-15 mL, maximum system pressure of 4 bar, and pumped flow rates up to 75 mL/min. The system features six labware holder positions and accommodates various sample containers including Ambr® 15 vessels, microplates, and centrifuge tubes of different sizes.
The complete system package includes a liquid handler, controller with monitor and PC, StreamLink® CC 15 software with three additional off-line licenses, two filter stations, and all necessary bottles and tubing. Installation, 12-month warranty, and first-year service support ensure reliable operation from day one.
