BioStorage Technologies announces new directors of finance & accounting and of strategic & commercial development

BioStorage Technologies, Inc., announced the recent promotions of Anna O’Nan to director of finance & accounting and Elizabeth Kozman to associate director of strategic & commercial development.

As director of finance & accounting, O’Nan, who has been with BioStorage Technologies for over three years, will oversee: financial statement preparation and reporting, banking and cash management, budgeting and forecasting, costing and other finance-related activity.

Prior to joining BioStorage Technologies, O’Nan spent 10 years in progressive managerial finance roles at companies including Arthur Andersen, Ford Motor Company, Hertz and Payton LLC. Along with being a certified public accountant, she holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in accounting.

In her new role, Kozman will lead the newly created strategic and commercial development department in identifying and recommending growth strategies and new business initiatives. She will also oversee partnerships and alliances for joint service offerings and subcontractor relationships; pricing and strategy for new service offerings; and the cross-functional management and company-wide implementation of selected new services.

Kozman has more than five years of experience in business development with entrepreneurial companies and investments with venture capital firms. Kozman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Economics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, along with a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
