Chemokine Therapeutics Corp. announced that its Chief Financial Officer, David Karp, has resigned to pursue another business opportunity. Mr. Karp will continue to serve the Company in his current position until September 8, 2006. The Company has begun identifying eligible candidates to fill the position, and hopes to appoint a replacement shortly after Mr. Karp's departure.
