Bioo Scientific Launches In Vivo siRNA Delivery Reagent

05-May-2009 - USA

RNAi is a potentially powerful but challenging tool for therapeutics and validation studies. One of the primary challenges of achieving optimal in vivo RNAi is developing an effective in vivo siRNA delivery system. The research team at Bioo Scientific developed MaxSuppressor™ In Vivo RNA-LANCEr II delivery reagent, as a solution to this challenge.

According to Lance Ford, VP of Research and Development at Bioo Scientific, “MaxSuppressor In Vivo RNA-LANCEr II is the culmination of 9 years of research in the RNAi field. The delivery offered by MaxSuppressor In Vivo RNA-LANCEr II is critical to the efficiency of in vivo RNAi experiments.”

In addition to efficiently transforming siRNA, the delivery reagent has been shown to also efficiently deliver miRNA, long dsRNA and other RNAi agents directly into living animals.
