Process Reactors

Dunn Labortechnik offers a broad range of borosilicate glass process reactor systems including ready-to-use or customized benchtop single and multi-reactor set-ups for biology and chemistry lab applications (300 ml to 5 l)  as well as larger process (filter) reactors for production processes  (10 l to 100 l).

Different types of stirrers, zero dead space drain valves and suitable reactor stands with or without castors, and electrical heating mantles allow a high degree of flexibility and optimal process control.

Optionally available are jacketed versions of all types of glass reactors facilitating liquid based temperature control via external temperature control systems (circulators).

Accessories such as temperature and pH probes, powder funnels, reflux condensers and suitable adapters complement the different systems and allow an easy operation.

The specific reactor design permits a quick and easy set-up and installation of the selected components. Due to its compact design, the reactor systems fit under most laboratory fume hoods.
