Researchers used the CIM Oligo dT Well Plate for multi-parallel screening to quickly identify key factors affecting binding conditions.

The results show that with proper optimization, a dynamic binding capacity exceeding 6 mg/mL can be achieved and reliably scaled up to preparative chromatographic columns. This approach significantly reduces development time and supports faster, more efficient scale-up of mRNA purification processes.
