Clinphone expands Chicago Office As Clinical Trials Business Grows

10-Dec-2004

ClinPhone announced that it is doubling the size of its Chicago office. ClinPhone's Chicago business has experienced exponential growth and this expansion will enable ClinPhone to better service its local pharmaceutical client base. In the past three years the Chicago office has grown to 50 personnel and tripled its office space. Chicago is a strategic location for ClinPhone, which also has offices in Boston, San Francisco and Princeton.

This expansion is largely due to ClinPhone's increasing number of projects with biopharmaceutical clients in the Midwest. The additional office space will also furnish ClinPhone with comprehensive and dedicated in-house training facilities and ClinPhone's ongoing recruitment activities will enhance project management and technical support resources available to the clients managed from the Chicago facility. This is an important move for the company as demand for its Interactive Voice and Web Response (IVR/IWR) randomization and medication supply chain management services continues to grow.

Kevin Bishop, Chief Operating Officer and head of the Chicago office, comments: "The Chicago office allows us to locate our project management and technical professionals in close proximity to our key client locations and to compliment the company's ability to offer assistance covering the major time zones in Europe, USA and the Pacific. This new expansion will give ClinPhone the additional capacity to provide a specialized training center for staff. In turn this will allow us to improve the service provided to all our clients. This is imperative as we are providing mission-critical services for more than 350 clinical trials at this time."
