Double Excellence: ibidi Recognized for Outstanding Business Success and Family Friendliness
ibidi impressed in the competition “Successful. Family-Friendly” with its strong business performance and exceptional focus on family. For its diverse concept enabling the reconciliation of work and family life in everyday routines, the company received the “Bavaria’s Top 20” award. Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger and Minister of Labor Ulrike Scharf honored ibidi as a successful model with exemplary character during the award ceremony, which took place in the state rooms of the Munich Residenz. On behalf of the State of Bavaria, the ministers presented each of the twenty awardees with a certificate and a glass sculpture.
Under the ceiling fresco of the Imperial Hall of the Munich Residence, aptly themed “Reason and Virtue,” ibidi was honored for its outstanding family-friendly policies and corporate strength. The innovative high-tech company deliberately softens the rigid divide between family and career.
