Filter Integrity Tester: HTY-FT223Pro

Tailin HTY-FT223Pro Filter Integrity Tester is a high-sensitivity analytical instrument designed for integrity testing of filter elements and membranes used in critical filtration processes. It supports a wide range of absolute-rated filters, including injection filters, capsule filters, membrane filters and cartridge filters, making it suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturing, filter production and other applications where reliable filtration performance must be verified.

The system provides four standard integrity test methods: forward flow, bubble point, water intrusion and pressure hold. It also supports combined forward flow and bubble point testing as well as automatic self-testing. A closed-loop pressure control system uses high-precision pressure sensors, proportional control and solenoid valves to deliver accurate pressure regulation and stable measurement. Tailin HTY-FT223Pro offers forward flow measurement from 0.1 to 600 mL/min, water intrusion testing from 0.01 to 100 mL/min and bubble point testing from 100 to 8000 mbar, with repeatability of ≤3%.

For regulated pharmaceutical environments, the HTY-FT223Pro is developed in accordance with GAMP principles and supports 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Four-level user access, password policies, audit trails, system and audit-log backup, and data export in PDF and CSV formats help support traceable and secure electronic records. Recipe management allows users to create and edit test programs and incorporate product and filter-housing information, while Tailin can provide IQ, OQ and PQ documentation for qualification and validation activities.

The instrument is designed for practical use in production and laboratory environments. A 10-inch capacitive touchscreen provides intuitive operation, while IP54 protection helps protect the system against dust and accidental splashing. The dust-proof and backflow-proof design supports easier cleaning and helps reduce the risk of liquid backflow and upstream microbial contamination. Built-in thermal printing and support for external or network printers provide flexible documentation options, while wireless and LAN connectivity enable remote data management and synchronization.
