The hydrolysate-free composition ensures regulatory compliance while supporting high cell densities exceeding 4E6 cells/mL in both shake flask and bioreactor systems.

Key technical specifications include 6-8 mM L-glutamine supplementation requirement, pH range of 7.0-7.5, and osmolality targets of 290-300 mOsmol/kg. The media support standard cultivation conditions at 37°C with 5% CO2 atmosphere.
