Recipharm, a leading global contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO), today announced the relocation of its Group Headquarters from Sweden to Switzerland. The move centres the Group’s strategic, commercial and operational decision-making in Switzerland, reflecting Recipharm’s evolution into a more integrated global organisation built to deliver seamless support for customers across its global network. It also aligns the Group’s legal structure with its operating model. As one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology hubs, Switzerland provides an ideal base for Recipharm, combining close proximity to customers with access to one of the world’s most advanced life sciences ecosystems.

To meet customers’ demand for integrated, end-to-end solutions, Recipharm has transformed over recent years into a leading, integrated global organisation, with strategic decision-making being conducted from Switzerland. This shift, supported by continued investment in digital and AI-enabled technologies, has enabled the Group to leverage its global scale more effectively and unlock network-wide synergies, while supporting sustained investment across its global network. Recent examples include expanded high potency oral solid dose manufacturing, additional sterile fill and finish capacity in the US, and new product development capabilities, each strengthening the Group's ability to support customers from early development through to commercial supply.

Greg Behar, CEO of Recipharm, said: "Our new Group Headquarters in Switzerland takes Recipharm to new heights, placing our strategic, commercial and operational leadership at the heart of the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. It gives us a stronger base to build long-term partnerships with our customers, and ultimately to serve the patients who depend on us every day."

Recipharm Group AG (Switzerland) now serves as the Group's headquarters and central management entity. The headquarters change does not affect the Group's operations, people or customer-facing teams.
