Our objective is to enable a revolution in the manufacturing of viruses used in gene therapies and vaccines by providing the most efficient production & purification platform available for virus particles.

ContiVir is the result of the combined doctoral research of Dr.-Ing. Felipe Tapia and Dr.-Ing. Pavel Marichal-Gallardo, members of the Bioprocess Engineering Group led by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Udo Reichl at the Max-Planck-Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems in Magdeburg, Germany.
