Reactor-Ready Mini is a compact, versatile jacketed lab reactor designed for small-scale chemistry from 50 ml to 500 ml. It extends the proven flexibility and precision of the Reactor-Ready range to earlier stage development, enabling chemists to generate reliable process data while working at reduced volumes.

Designed to fit within a standard fumehood, Reactor-Ready Mini has a small footprint that makes better use of limited laboratory space. In many process development laboratories, fumehood space is at a premium. A smaller, versatile reactor system allows chemists to carry out controlled reactions without committing the space required for a traditional reactor.

The system is built around a single framework that accommodates a range of vessel sizes (50 ml to 500 ml). Vessels can be exchanged in minutes, supporting efficient progression between experiments and projects. This flexibility is particularly valuable in busy laboratories where multiple projects are being conducted and rapid changeover is essential.

Reactor-Ready Mini provides precise temperature control and efficient stirring, delivering the reproducibility expected from a jacketed reactor rather than a round-bottomed flask setup. Dedicated miniaturised glassware and accessories are matched to the smaller scale, while compatibility with leading stirrers and circulators allows straightforward integration into existing laboratory infrastructure. Reactor-Ready Mini is available in two configurations, Pro and Starter. Reactor-Ready Mini Pro includes integrated draindown manifolds for rapid, controlled and mess free vessel exchange, making it well suited to busy laboratories that regularly switch between vessel sizes or projects. Reactor-Ready Mini Starter is a more cost conscious option, with vessels connected directly to the circulator and no draindown manifolds are supplied. The Starter system can be upgraded at any time with the addition of the Draindown Manifold Kit to match the functionality of Pro.
