Jena Bioscience offers high-quality real-time qPCR reagents including multiplex mixes for diagnostic applications, direct mixes for robust amplification or freeze-dried mixes for easiest assay setup.
Our master mixes contain everything required for qPCR in a well-balanced formulation, including antibody-inhibited hot-start polymerase and ultra-pure nucleotides.
Master mixes for routine applications are based on the detection with SYBRGreen, whereas Duplex and Multiplex mixes are based on dual labelled probes (TaqMan probes) for highly specific detection of multiple targets.
From crude extract to quantitative analysis – this can be reached fastest by our direct amplification products. You want to avoid cooling chains or storage issues – we also produce lyophilized versions of our master mixes.
