Based on Impedance Flow Cytometry, no dyes, no markers, and no incubation are required. This even allows the reuse of the cells for sorting and tissue culture. In the right concentration range, atline analysis with direct sampling out of the reaction media for time resolved measurements is possible. Apart from fast and easy sample preparation, you profit from the immediate availability of the measurement results – the relevant advantage for the determination of bacterial activity.
