North Durham Health Services

North Durham Health Services (NDHS) was a briefly-lived health corporation in Durham Region, Ontario. The organization was founded in April 1997 when, under the Common Sense Revolution, Community Memorial Hospital Port Perry was amalgamated with Uxbridge Cottage Hospital.

The corporation ceased to exist in 1998, when Community Memorial was placed under the administration of the Lakeridge Health Corporation, and Uxbridge Cottage was placed under the jurisdiction of the Markham-Stouffville Hospital Corporation.
