Aidsportal

AIDSPortal is a global information sharing network that is driven by people and facilitated by an interactive website. The network serves people involved in the global response to HIV and AIDS. Members primarily work for governments, united nations and non-governmental organisations involved in tackling HIV and AIDS.

The network currently has over 1000 members, drawn from over 700 organisations around the world. Each member maintains a contact profile to facilitate networking with other members.

AIDSPortal members can:

  • Contribute information in the form of documents, weblinks, events, jobs or news stories
  • Participate in small online forums with other members
  • Network with other members through the personal and organisational profiles
  • Request personalised email updates on any AIDS related issue

The AIDSPortal network is funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID).
