Since 1986, biodetox GmbH has been a leader in the field of biological soil, groundwater and wastewater treatment with special high-performance bacteria. biodetox markets its "noggies" and bio-additives worldwide for the biological degradation of pollutants in water, soil and waste, as additives in cleaning agents, for car washes, livestock farming, etc. Since the beginning of the 1990s, biodetox has also developed numerous products for the pet sector, especially for aquaristics and terraristics.

The basis for all biodetox products containing living microorganisms is the biodetox bacteria bank. In this bank the mother cultures are maintained, stored and further propagated. For the manifold tasks in the field of maintenance and further development of the cultures, biodetox operates an appropriately equipped laboratory. There, the development of new products on a microbiological or enzymatic basis, mineral fertilizers as well as innovative cleaning agents for special applications is carried out and all biodetox products are developed until they are ready for series production.
