Selmod is a Swiss biotech start-up and was founded in May 2016 in Basel, Switzerland. Selmod develops innovative antibiotics for the treatment of life-threatening, multi-drug resistant infections. The company’s focus is on discovery and early clinical development of small molecules and peptides against new targets, or new mechanism of action modalities on established or validated targets.
