Sightera Biosciences is pioneering the next-wave of AI drug discovery, by turning patient-derived biology into generative small molecule design. We build proprietary, clinically correlated drug-response datasets to train our AI-algorithms for generating first-in-class small molecules with distinct MoA’s for targeted patient populations (biomarker-driven).

Sightera is a techbio spin-off company from the University of Antwerp and the University Hospital of Antwerp in Belgium, that builts on more than a decade of translational research at the interface of patient- biology, chemistry, and data science. What began in academia is now being translated into a discovery engine built for clinical relevance from day one. Our current focus is oncology and fibrosis.
