UpNano GmbH is a spin-off company of TU Wien and was founded in September 2018. The business purpose of the company is the development, production and commercialization of high-resolution 3D printing systems and associated materials. The printing process is based on 2-photon polymerization and enables new standards in micropart fabrication. Due to the biological background of the research team at TU Wien the system has been developed to also allow biocompatible printing.

UpNano aims to become a technology leader in the field of high-resolution 3D printing for both prototyping and industrial applications, providing its customers with comprehensive solutions from a single source.
