Optimizing Protein Purification Conditions

PureSpeed Protein Tips have been demonstrated to be the most efficient and cost-effective way to purify recombinant proteins and antibodies. Used with the Rainin E4 XLS electronic pipette, PureSpeed's unique design allows bidirectional flow of the sample over the resin bed, which maximizes the capture of the target protein by allowing the binding reaction to reach equilibrium.

With purification contained within a tip, multiple samples can be processed in parallel so that up to 12 samples can be analyzed at a time.

The PureSpeed system provides several advantages such as improving workflow (retaining the samples in a standard 9 mm format for pre- and post purification processes), reducing time (the PureSpeed process can be faster than conventional purification techniques) and adding the ability to screen multiple conditions in one run.
