TransBIB – Natio­nales Trans­fernetz­werk zur Beschleu­nigung der indust­riellen Bioöko­nomie

TransBIB is the first national meta-network funded by the BMWK to accelerate the industrial bioeconomy. With 18 partners and over 40 competence hubs, TransBIB supports companies in quickly and efficiently transferring bio-based innovations to an industrial scale. As a nationwide cooperation platform, TransBIB initiates and catalyzes collaborations, networks strategically important players and helps to develop new bio-based value chains. The AI-supported "one-stop store" pools knowledge, infrastructure and expertise, identifies innovation potential and provides practical services such as regulatory advice, certification support and transformation strategies. In this way, TransBIB shortens the time-to-market of bio-based innovations, improves the use of resources across industry boundaries and strengthens the competitiveness of the German and European bioeconomy.
