Liquid Plate Sealer
Stabilise coated ELISA plates for storage
Stabilise antibodies and antigens on surfaces
Prepare ELISA plates in advance
Ready-to-use for research and kit production
Prepare, stabilise and store ELISA plates for later use
Would you like to prepare coated ELISA plates for later use? Liquid Plate Sealer stabilises immobilised antibodies and antigens on polystyrene or glass surfaces. This allows you to prepare plates in advance instead of coating them for each experiment.
After immobilisation and blocking, the ready-to-use stabiliser is incubated on the antibodies or antigens. The plates are then dried briefly, for example in a standard drying oven or incubator.
The stabilised ELISA plates can then be stored dry at 2–8 °C for extended periods. Preparing plates in advance can save time and costs and improve the comparability of results.
Liquid Plate Sealer is also suitable for stabilising immobilised antibodies and antigens on lateral flow strips, affinity chromatography columns and protein arrays. It can be used in research and in the production of research kits and commercial ELISA kits.
Is the stabiliser suitable for your surface and storage process? Describe your application and intended storage conditions in your enquiry. CANDOR can help with your application questions.
