Eppendorf Research® 3 neo
Pipetting according to your needs: Customizable settings for maximum precision
Up to 40 % faster volume adjustment thanks to innovative gear shifting system
Smooth operation with reduced effort thanks to the PhysioCare Concept
Temporary adaptation to different liquid types without recalibration
Ergonomic design reduces muscle strain with maximum accuracy
The Eppendorf Research® 3 neo pipettes set new standards in liquid handling with their unique combination of personalization, precision and ergonomics. These next generation mechanical pipettes allow users to customize their pipetting experience to their specific needs.
Innovative volume adjustment for maximum efficiency
The innovative gear shifting system offers two different speeds for volume adjustment. In "Fast" mode, the volume can be changed with up to 40 % fewer revolutions, which significantly increases the working speed. The "Easy" mode enables precise fine adjustment with reduced effort and allows convenient one-handed volume changes. The 4-digit display ensures precise and simple volume readings from any angle.
Ergonomics according to the PhysioCare Concept®
Developed according to the Eppendorf PhysioCare Concept®, the Research® 3 neo minimizes muscle strain thanks to its balanced, lightweight design. The new operating concept with shortened pipetting button and integrated volume adjustment, the ergonomic finger hook and the spring-loaded tip cones for force-reduced attachment and ejection ensure butter-smooth operation with minimal effort.
Adaptability for different applications
The temporary adjustment function enables precise pipetting with non-aqueous liquids, different tip geometries or at different heights - without time-consuming recalibration. The open cone system is optimized for epT.I.P.S.® tips, but also ensures compatibility with other tips. ColorTag pipette marking rings in different colors and sizes allow individual identification or marking of calibration data.
Proven quality and durability
Extensive testing guarantees maximum reliability: 200,000 pipetting strokes (equivalent to approximately 5 years of continuous daily use), 100,000 tip attachments and ejections and 26,000 volume settings have been simulated. The one-piece housing and high quality materials ensure accuracy and precision beyond ISO 8655 standards. Full autoclavability and resistance to UV radiation and chemicals ensure a long service life.
Focus on sustainability
Production is carried out using 100% renewable energy in an ISO 14001-certified factory. The ACT® label confirms environmentally friendly practices. Recycled and recyclable packaging in a more compact size reduces CO₂ emissions in the supply chain. The pipettes are compatible with epT.I.P.S.® BioBased tips made from 100% bio-based polypropylene, which significantly reduces the product-related CO₂ footprint.
