The patented glove-free design of the workbenches in combination with an incubator integrated or directly connected to the chamber ensure that all work, including the cultivation process, is carried out under strictly controlled atmospheric conditions and with a high level of user comfort.
Depending on the workbench model, 300, 400, 600 or 900 culture plates can be incubated. With the latest model, the Bactron 400HP high-performance workbench, a device is now available which, in addition to the classic "Bactron" characteristics, has additional monitoring features and an extended functionality.
These features include continuously HEPA-filtered gas atmosphere in the chamber and incubator (ISO class 3); a hinged, foldable front panel for easy introduction of working and cleaning materials; a single-plate access; oxygen, humidity and pressure sensor monitoring; data recording as well as system status indications on a large multi-colour touchscreen display.
