Yuen method

What is the Yuen Method™ of Chinese Energetics?

The Yuen Method is an energetic technique that has taken years of ancient Chinese Shaolin temple healing and combined with western knowledge, The Yuen Method is a blending of anatomy, physiology, structural analysis, energetic technique, quantum physics and Qi and Shen Gong training.

Dr. Kam Yuen D. C. developed this technique after a lifetime of study in the martial arts as well as being a structural engineer, doctor of chiropractic and studying nutritional therapy and homeopathy. The premise is that your body functions like a computer – you are either on or off, strong or weak to any given issue.

Humans are multi-faceted beings with multiple levels of consciousness. The Yuen Method™ works to make sure that all levels of consciousness are congruent so that pain may be eliminated immediately and goals attained. In the western world, pain is usually treated with medication, gadgets, or devices. Individuals that are in chronic pain have a hard time. More often than not they are told to manage and live with it. Who wants to manage their pain? In the east, pain is seen as a symptom of a deeper issue. Something is wrong with the flow of energy in the body causing the manifestation of a physical condition. The Yuen Method™ shows you how to identify the deeper core issues. Finding the root of the problem and eliminating it makes it possible to release the physical symptom as well as emotional issues, fears, phobias, and limitations.

As human beings we are unique, multidimensional individuals. We are all the same in many respects yet we are so very different. We all have our own thoughts, fears, phobias, loves, and hates. We also have many levels of consciousness and what we say and consciously think is not always what we subconsciously support. This is where we run into the stumbling blocks. We think and many times truly believe we know what we want but our subconscious may or may not support those wants. We go through our daily lives thinking or saying, "This is what I want or would like,” but until all levels of consciousness support the thought, we will not achieve our health or goals.

The Yuen Method makes it possible to clear and correct these multiple layers that keep us from manifesting our highest potential. The path of health, prosperity, integrity, success, and freedom from stress and pain are the birthright of every human being. Our plight is similar to chipping away at a frozen lake of ice. Each layer you chip away, something rises to the surface. The more you chip away, the deeper you get until you hit the water. We must energetically peel away the outer layers of problems until we find the true cause. It is then that real healing takes place.

The Yuen Method™ is a learnable and teachable technique that anyone can learn, including children. You need no gifts. You don't need to meditate, be psychic or have any specific beliefs. The Yuen Method™ is a tool of empowerment because it gives you the means to take healing into your own hands! This is not to say Western Medicine or other modalities do not have their place, only that the two can work together for the benefit of all.

How the Yuen Method is Different From Other Energy Techniques

Energies can create imbalances but they are not the direct causes of illness. We need to retrace the steps and explore the true causes of the unfavorable conditions and symptoms associated with the imbalance. Any blockage or stagnation can be resolved leading to instant results in restoring balance. Remember also that energy does not have its own intelligence to uncover what needs to be corrected to benefit a person's state of health. Your thoughts must direct this subtle energy, use it to evaluate and determine what and where changes are needed in the body and the mind. All these changes can be done with corrections. You can't correct what you don't know. Just putting energy into another person during a treatment doesn't guarantee that it will impact the health problem or even go where it's needed.

ACUPUNCTURE / ACUPRESSURE - Acupuncture practitioners concentrate on the twelve energy meridians and a network of smaller channels. Each of the twelve meridians connects with a major organ. Acupuncturists view disease as the result of excess or deficiency of chi or energy. They insert needles in points along these meridians to move and rebalance the energy. Acupressure practitioners use pressure points or their hands to do the same thing. While these techniques are useful, they beg the question of what caused these energy imbalances in the first place. If the underlying cause is not addressed, what will prevent another imbalance from resurfacing in one form or another?

AURA BALANCING - The aura is a composite of the various layers that enliven your body. Your aura emanates from the center of your energetic field, the chi center in your lower abdomen. A healthy aura glows with clear, luminous colors. Murky colors often indicate the presence of illness or blocked, dysfunctional energy. Healing touch and Therapeutic Touch practitioners seek to activate the aura and facilitate the flow of chi. The goal is to help restore harmony and balance, allowing the client to self-heal. While positive results can often be achieved through aura balancing and clearing, the underlying cause of disease is not identified and corrected. Thus, this unfavorable condition may sooner or later resurface, if not in this lifetime, then in the next. The unhealed pattern may also continue to imprint the minds of our children and grandchildren.

CHAKRA BALANCING - Chakra balancing adjusts an imbalance or block in a chakra which is thought to cause a dysfunction in the organ, gland, or part of the body to which it relates. Blocks slow down the flow of vital life force and inhibit the healing process. Like blocked energy meridians and channels, chakra blockages and imbalances are not the cause of the disease but rather a symptom of it. While balancing chakras is invaluable in achieving stability, balance and centeredness, and should be part of any energetic healing, the technique by itself does not affect a complete and lasting cure because the root of the problem remains intact.

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (E.F.T.) - Emotional Freedom Technique is a form of acupuncture that does not use needles. Instead, the practitioner taps with fingertips to stimulate certain meridian points. It is thought that negative emotions attached to a painful or traumatic incident causes the energy system to disrupt. As the body recalls the memory, it also reproduces the original emotional state associated with that time. E.F.T. works directly to rebalance the energy field; as a result, negative emotions are cleared and harmony is restored. This system is limited by the belief that certain emotions are stored in certain organs. Anger is believed to be stored in the liver, fear is stored in the kidneys, and so on. In addition, it is restricted to the emotional level memories, disregarding the other levels of consciousness, i.e., physical, psychic, spiritual, astrological, parallel universes, interdimensional integration, etc.

REIKI - Reiki practitioners attempt to transfer energy to weakened points in the body. Balancing the body's energy field may promote healing, but is a much longer process and far less specific.

THOUGHT FIELD THERAPY - Thought Field Therapy addresses problems by treating blockages in the body's energy system created by a disturbing thought. Negative emotions are believed to be based in disturbances in the thought field. The patient is asked to think about an event, rate how uncomfortable they feel, and tap with two fingers on the acupuncture points, done in a prescribed recipe pattern. This theory places too much emphasis on the thought level, ignoring the other planes of consciousness. It may be a good place for therapists to start, but it lacks the depth and understanding that energy patterns are multi-leveled and multi-dimensional. Results will be limited.

CHI-KUNG - Chi-Kung is the act of developing the ability to tap into the sensation and then connect to the power of the chi: the breath of life, or vital energy. Specific exercises are used to achieve that objective. These exercises are physical movements combined with mental direction of the energy to cause desired changes within your energetic, physiological and psychological makeup. The movements are circular, twisting, or vibrating. Some are short and simple, while others are more complex and time consuming. Chi-Kung or Qigong has been practiced since ancient times as part of the Chinese martial arts and is the oldest healing technique known to mankind. It is the precursor of acupuncture, predating it by several thousand years. There are Chi-Kung hospitals in China today claiming to have documented cases of treatment and cures for tens of thousands of patients with incurable diseases such as cancer, diabetes, deafness, coronary diseases, and systemic lupus. Their philosophy is based on four principles: 1.Chi can heal all ailments 2.There is power in group chi for healing 3.The instructors do chi healing to the students, who are then taught how to heal others. 4.Chi-Kung exercises must be practiced repeatedly and diligently. Patients at these hospitals are expected to practice Chi-Kung exercises up to eight hours a day for a period of six months. They live in groups of four to eight or more to gain group support and develop caring for each other. In our opinion Chi-Kung not only takes many years of practice and dedication to become proficient, but most people in the West would not tolerate the regimen practiced in China's drugless hospitals. Yuen Energetics works immeasurably faster and more specifically than traditional Chi-Kung. Traditional methods try to harness as much energy as possible in an attempt to change the whole person in general. Yuen Energetics directs a minute, subtle amount of energy to make changes in the cellular, molecular, atomic, and sub-atomic levels of the individual, pinpointing the specific area to be treated. This creates spontaneous and often instantaneous results.
