Short description

Norwegian Bioindustry Association (NBA) was established autumn 2001 by representatives for Norwegian biotechnological industries and the Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry (NHO). The Association is an independent member organization with purpose to promote development of Norwegian biotechnological trade and research. NBA's main focus will be to work on the cases that is important to the industry. It is also a prioritized task to participate in building a bridge between biotechnological industry and research communities in universities and colleges. The association has a nationwide perspective. The Association's vision is to be a rallying point for all biotechnology related companies in Norway. NBA is an affiliate member of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO).
