Full-Spectrum Analysis The DS-11 is a UV-Vis spectrophotometer that enables absorbance measurements of 0.5 to 1.0 μl samples. The 190 to 840 nm full spectrum capability makes it an ideal choice for many UV-Vis applications as well as for protein and nucleic acid quantification. Just pipette and measure.  It's that simple! Broadest Concentration Range With SmartPath™ technology, the DS-11 automatically adjusts the microvolume pathlength to accommodate samples with absorbances from 0.04-500 AU (1 cm path equivalent).  No other spectrophotometer on the market can measure such high concentrations. This capability yields an effective range of 0.10 mg/ml - 750 mg/ml BSA and 2.0 - 25,000 ng/μl dsDNA! Android™ Control The DS-11 includes a built-in Android™ operating system with intuitive pinch, swipe, and multi-touch navigation. See results clearly with the full color, high resolution touch screen. The wide viewing angle and lab glove compatible screen provide a true tablet-like experience. Maintenance Free Our proprietary SmartPath™ technology enables remarkably accurate pathlength control and eliminates the need for routine calibration. Two Model Choices Select the DS-11 for microvolume samples or the DS-11+ for both microvolume and cuvette based measurements.
