Saddle nose

Saddle nose is a condition associated with congenital syphilis, Relapsing Polychondritis, and Wegener's granulomatosis, among other conditions. It is characterized by a loss of height of the nose, because of the collapse of the bridge.

It can usually be corrected with rhinoplasty.
