Orofacial granulomatosisOrofacial granulomatosis is a disease which presents as a non-tender swelling and characterized by non-necrotizing granulomas (small inflammatory nodules). The cause is unknown, but it is commonly associated with the Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome when found on the lip. OFG is also found in some sufferers of Crohn's Disease causing the above mentioned swelling on the lips with varible degree's of swelling. References
