NYC AIDS Housing Network
NYC AIDS Housing Network, Inc. is an organization founded in 1998 whose mission is to empower low-income people living with HIV/AIDS to organize their community, including the nonprofits that serve them, to advocate for more housing, better housing, and sound public policies for all New Yorkers living with HIV/AIDS. The organization is comprised of and led by low-income people living with HIV/AIDS. Joe Bostic, Jose Capestany and Jennifer Flynn are credited as co-founders. The current co-directors are Sean Barry and Shirlene Cooper. |
