Malaria Control Project—is an application that makes use of network computing for stochastic modelling of the clinical epidemiology and natural history of Plasmodium falciparum malaria

Computing platform

Using the Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing (BOINC) distributed computing platform.

  • The Malaria Control Project (MCP) is part of the Africa@home group, and is currently in Beta testing.
