Ellen Evert Hopman



Ellen Evert Hopman, M.Ed., was born in Salzburg, Austria. She is an herbalist, lay homeopath, and counselor[citation needed] who lives and works in Western Massachusetts.

She held the position of vice president of the Henge of Keltria, an international Druid Fellowship, for nine years,[1] and is a professional member of the American Herbalists Guild. She is the author of several books and audio tapes on Paganism and Druidry.[2][3]

She is Professor of Wortcunning at the Grey School of Wizardry, where she is also an instructor of ceremonial magic.[1] She is a co-founder and co-Chief of The Order of Whiteoak (Ord na Darach Gile), a Reconstructionist Druid organization. She also teaches herbalism and Druidry,[2] and has been a speaker and workshop leader at numerous Neopagan and New age events.
