1.1. General features of Cryo.s with Datamatrix and Cryo.s Biobanking tubes:
- Tube manufacturing in particle-controlled environment applying highest hygienic standards
- All tubes are free of detectable human DNA, DNase, RNase and endotoxins
- Sterile product versions available (utilisation of ISO 11137 conform E-beam procedure)
- Minimum additive leaching into stored samples guaranteed by medical grade, USP class VI certified, virgin polypropylene
1.2. Cryo.s with Datamatrix
Cryo.s with Datamatrix are for storage of tissue, cells, fungi, bacteria, spores, cellular extracts or body fluids at ultra-low temperature for research and development as well as diagnostic purposes. Cryo.s with Datamatrix are suitable for storage in the vapor phase of liquid nitrogen.
- Choose between 1, 2 and 4 ml working volume
- Store 48 tubes per rack with ANSI/SLAS footprint or 81 tubes on a footprint of 133 mm x 133 mm

Cryo.s Biobanking tubes are for storage of tissue, cells, fungi, bacteria, spores, cellular extracts or body fluids at ultra-low temperature for research and development purposes in a very compact and automation friendly format. Cryo.s Biobanking tubes are suitable for storage in the vapor phase of liquid nitrogen.
- Choose between 235, 580 and 975 μl working volume
- Store 96 tubes per rack with ANSI/SLAS footprint in a very space efficient manner
- Take advantage of more than 30 % higher storage space efficiency as compared to other 96way cryo tube formats
