Thermo Scientific™ Heracell™ Vios™ CR CO2 Incubators CTS™ (Cell Therapy Systems) Series are designed to meet the needs of cell therapy research and manufacturing for cleanroom and GMP compatibility. They are available in two model sizes: 165 L (5.8 cu. ft.) and 255 L (9.0 cu. ft.) in a compact footprint and readily stackable. Dedicated shelving systems optimize the inner space of the 250i model for large vessel types such as G-Rex 500M-CS bioreactors by Wilson Wolf and Thermo Scientific™ Nunc™ Cell Factory Systems, enabling a high throughput and better circulation.
With its active particle control system, the Vios CR series has been certified for use in ISO Class 5 and GMP Grade A/B environments. It also includes a sealed IP54 rated exterior stainless-steel casing, a documentation package to facilitate validation and on-site qualification. For optimal cell growth conditions the incubators offer popular features such as Thermo Scientific™ THRIVE™ Active Airflow Technology, in-chamber HEPA filtration, and Thermo Scientific™ Steri-Run™ 180° C Sterilization.
