HRP-Protector™ is a reliable stabilizer for antibody- Neutravidin- and Streptavidin-conjugates. It preserves enzymatic activity and conformation of your HRP (horse radish peroxidise) conjugates. This stabilizer solution enables safe and stable storage at 4°C at very low concentrations. You can store directly at very low end-user concentration in the fridge – no freezing and thawing required.

One great advantage of HRP-Protector™ is the better protection and conservation of conjugates compared to other stabilization methods. Additionally HRP-Protector™ is a very good assay buffer. This enables any user to store HRP-conjugates directly in ready-to-use concentrations, even when those concentrations are very low. This saves pre-dilution steps before doing an assay. You don’t have to store stock solutions and dilute them directly before doing the assay. HRP-Protector™ can be incorporated easily into most assay protocols by substituting it for your conjugate diluent.

HRP-Protector™ is available in volumes from 50 ml to Bulk-supplies for diagnostics manufacturers. HRP-Protector™ is used by manufacturers of ELISA-Kits for stabilization of detector conjugates.

If, in addition to stabilisation, you also need to avoid matrix-effects and cross-reactivities, please use LowCrosss-HRP^® as an alternative. It combines the LowCross-effect with long-term protection of conjugates. Please note: For stabilisation of alkaline phosphatase conjugates, please use AP-Protector™ instead of HRP-Protector™.
