Atoll offers all commercially available media packed in unified formats: With correct compression in a 96 array for parallel chromatography, and as LC-columns for conventional use in HPLC- or Äkta®-Systems. All are manufactured with high reproducibility.

If chromatographers wanted to test materials of different manufacturers, they needed to rely on packed columns with different geometries. Direct comparisons were not possible.
MiniColumns, operated manually, by centrifuge or fully automated by liquid handling robots, gain up to a 100-fold time saving and enable screening of separation media and methods development as it was not possible before. Dynamic binding capacities measured here are scaleable to large dimensions. MiniColumns are increasingly used in process analytics were a large number of samples has to be chromatographically processed.
Ready-to use MiniChrom columns enable a finetuning of chromatographic parameters in logical formats of up to 10ml volumes.
ValiChrom columns for perfect scale-down are offered with 1cm² cross section area and with the exact length as used in the production process. Correct compression packed with every commercial available material, on request also with customers resins for lot-to-lot and virus validation experiments.
MaxiChrom, totally incinerable single use columns save costly sanitisation validations and protect as capture pre-columns the valuable production columns or prevent to repack the large units.
