Don’t be fooled by fillers
Sprint’s iTAG technology only tags the amino groups found in proteins. Fillers found in some ingredients such as wheat gluten can cause errors. Kjeldahl and Dumas cannot differentiate between nitrogen coming from proteins and nitrogen present in other components.
