Precise HPLC Results - Quality Assured Celeno HPLC Systems

The modular Celeno HPLC System permits the optimum configuration for practically any chromatography application. Robust components in especially resistant materials, constructed using service-friendly designs, are the key to the use of these systems, especially in exacting routine operation.

The pump systems cover the complete application range from microbore, standard analytical and semi-preparative through to the preparative region. Active back-flushing to avoid crystallisation when using buffer solutions significantly increases the operating life of the piston seals. Pump heads in stainless steel, titanium or ceramic can be operated in isocratic mode or, for complex separations, combined to form either high or low pressure gradient systems.

The automatic sampler is available in various versions – from simple routine with loop over-filling or variable injection volume up to multi-stage derivatisation. For temperature sensitive samples a Peltier-based cooling option is available.

Especially the high-sensitivity Diode Array Detector, based on a polychromator manufactured by Zeiss with 0,8 nm pixel spacing, ensures excellent quality of the analytical results. The design with a ceramic housing insensitive to temperature changes and combined with a flow cell optimised for HPLC ensures maximum stability in operation. Alongside a maximum sensitivity for the quantative calculations this detector also supplies reliable information on peak purity and component identification. This increase in the information content of the HPLC analysis is specially visible in routine operation, because the peak purity check and the spectral library search are exceuted completely automatically by the software.

The easy-to-use Geminyx software is also available in a fully 21CFR11-compatible version. Here, for each calculated result, all conditions are linked in a database and therefore completely traceable.
