Vertical pre-cast gels for the electrophoresis lab
|
anamed Elektrophorese GmbH Recently Launched a New Precastgel-Family.
Called VarioGelR represents a new pH-neutral Polyacrylamid - Gel for vertical slab-gel Electrophoresis, Made in Germany, and very attractive in price/performance.
The selection of different run-buffers allows the varation of separation performance either for small or larger proteins and runs DNA separations as well. On top of this VarioGelR is the ideal solution for laboratories, which have very rarely the need for electrophoresis applications, because these gels have a shelflife of far more than half a year. Very precise reproducibility and sharp bands are the obvious characteristics.
Two variations, a 9 % and a 4-12 % VarioGelR come in a 10cm x 10cm plastic-cassette, compatible to most of the available vertical minicells. Please check for free testsamples.
anamed Elektrophorese GmbH historical background is the experience of more than 10 years distributionship for 10 cm x 10 cm vertical pre-cast gels along with other cunsumables for the electrophoresis lab such as buffers, stainers, standards, gel drying solution and of course electrophoresis instruments as well.
In 1997 anamed started with the production in Frankfurt/M of those gels for an well known American vendor to supply biolabs in whole Europe. When company structures have been changed in 2000 and after a complete merger, the European production facility has been closed and everything drawn back to US.
In 2001 the key people of the German operation founded again an independant enterprise under the "old" anamed name. The target was clearly the production of these well known high quality pre-cast gels to maintain precise and quick service for electrophoresis labs.
anamed Elektrophorese GmbH supplies a comprehensive range of Laemmli-gels (Tris/Glycine), Schägger/v. Jagow-gels (Tris/Tricine), TBE- and TBE-Urea gels. Needed buffers, stainers and standards, work-tools and instruments for electrophoresis completes the whole program.
