DASGIP and SCRUM cooperate in marketing DASGIP Products in Japan

01 Jul 2008 - DASGIP AG and the Japanese marketing and sales firm of foreign scientific products SCRUM Inc. in Tokyo have signed a cooperation agreement. Thus, SCRUM will hold the exclusive distribution of DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor Systems on the Japanese market. First sales are already initiated.
 
Since their formation in 1996, SCRUM established to a specialist in distribution of bio-analytical equipment. By including the Parallel Bioreactor Systems, SCRUM expand their portfolio to win new customers in the areas of fermentation and process development.
 
DASGIP thereby expand their market to Asia. By now, nine of the ten worldwide leading pharmaceutical companies are among their customer base. Having established the Parallel Bioreactor Systems in the North-American and the European market, the DASGIP company is now going to expand their technology leading position to the Asian region. Beside Japan, South-Korea and Singapore are focused. The ongoing negotiations with local distribution partners will be probably finalized at mid-year 2008.
