Summit is new name for VASTox24 Jul 2007 -
Summit Corporation plc announced that the Company's name change from VASTox plc has been completed.
The Company decided to change its name from VASTox to Summit following a period of growth and development that saw it both enhance its drug pipeline and strengthen its core technology capabilities internally and through its recent acquisitions. The new name aims to encapsulate the ambitions of the Company and to provide an identity that has the flexibility to accommodate the future growth and development of the business. The change of name was approved by shareholders at the Company's AGM on 19 July 2007.
