Final agreement between Navamedic and Grünenthal for Glucodmed/Flexove marketing in Mexico

02 May 2007 - Navamedic ASA and Grünenthal GmbH have signed the final agreement for marketing and distribution of Glucomed/Flexove in Mexico.
 
On the 22 February 2007, Navamedic ASA announced that it had entered into a Heads of Agreement with Grünenthal for marketing and distribution of Glucomed/Flexove in Mexico. It was announced that the final agreement was expected to be formally signed within 30.04.2007. The companies have now issued and signed the final agreement. The agreement has a duration of 10 years.
 
Grünenthal has already started the product approval process for Glucomed/Flexove. Product launch is expected within 2008.
