Cellexus Biosystems incorporates wholly owned subsidiary in the United States of America

01 Mar 2007 - Cellexus Biosystems PLC announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary in the USA. Cellexus Biosystems Inc was incorporated in the State of Delaware and will have its registered office in the State of New Jersey.
 
"We are moving rapidly to establish a permanent presence in the US as we continue to make in-roads into the US-biopharmaceutical industry with our ground-breaking products" stated Dr Kevin Auton (CEO). "We aim to open a Customer Support Centre in the State of New Jersey in the immediate future, to provide pre- and post-sales support for our existing and future customers, as well as our sales channels, as these are implemented."
