QSV Biologics, a North American based contract biopharmaceutical manufacturer, continues to expand its operations and capabilities. Since January 2005 QSV has validated an additional two new cGMP manufacturing suites and is looking to construct another cGMP suite within its current facility. The existing manufacturing facility has been in operation since 1996 and future plans for constructing additional
manufacturing areas are already underway. To facilitate expansion of the manufacturing operations, QSV signed a long term lease in May 2005 for 3200 square feet of office space adjacent to the manufacturing plant. QSV is also moving forward to acquire an additional 1.7 acres of land adjacent to the facility for expansion in the range of 5,000 liter to 10,000 liter bioreactor scale.
