UCSF Chimera

UCSF Chimera (or simply Chimera) is an interactive molecular graphics program developed by the University of California, San Francisco. It is the successor to UCSF Midas and MidasPlus. UCSF Chimera can be downloaded free of charge for academic, government, non-profit, and personal use.
