Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons
The Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons or RACDS is a professional college established in 1956 that administers Fellowship Exams for specialists in the dentistry profession of Australia and New Zealand. The RACDS was established in 1956 to promote high standards of specialization in the dental profession and to recognize properly trained dental specialists. Successful completion may lead to Fellowship in the College (FRACDS) and/or may be used for licensure purposes. The RACDS has criticisized the Royal Australian College of Surgeons as being an exclusive club.[1]
